With Technogym's unique IT fitness support programme you're allocated a special microchip key, that stores all the details of your regime and sets up each individual piece of equipment precisely to your needs.  

From station to station each machine is automatically adjusted to the right resistance, intensity and time for you. (It even tunes the personal TV to the programme you've been watching on the piece of equipment you've just left.)

The workout information is stored and then retrieved by our fitness staff allowing them to give you the best possible support.
