SPA MEMBERSHIP

Limited to just a select number of members, Moddershall Oaks offers a tranquil lifestyle & fitness choice to facilitate all your leisure & relaxation time.

£69 per month single

£125 per month joint

Joining Fee

£100 per person single

£50 per person joint

The joining fee is a one time non-refundable payment at the time of enrolment.

Joint Membership

To be eligible for Joint Spa Membership you must either have the same surname and/or the same address (you will be asked to supply proof).

Opening Times

Monday-Friday 7.30am – 9.00pm

Saturday & Sunday 9.00am – 6.00pm

Annual Advance

If you decide to pay upfront for your 12 month membership then you will be given 1 month free, so your total membership will last a total of 13 months.

Induction

You must book an induction with one of the Fitness Team before using the gym. At this time you will be given your own personal microchip key that saves your workout data & results. Should you wish to cancel your membership in the future, the key must be returned.

Facilities

The facilities available to our members include; swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, heated marble loungers, reflexology footbaths, experience shower, relaxation lounge with books, magazines & newspapers, gym including Technogym Wellness System, tennis court with complimentary use of tennis equipment, bicycle hire with complimentary use of cycling equipment & woodland trail.

Discounts

As a Moddershall Oaks member, it is our commitment to you that you will have the best discount on our services second only to our staff & very short-term one off promotions. Discounts include:-

* 15% off treatments booked in advance OR 50% off treatments booked on the day

* 10% off hair appointments booked in advance OR 20% off hair appointments booked on the day

* 20% off spa break packages (spa packages/bed & breakfast/dinner, bed & breakfast available)

* 10% off food and beverage purchases in the restaurant and bar (applies to up to 4 persons on any given table, even where 2 members are dining, tables of over 4 will be discounted as follows; Total bill divided by number of diners x 4 x 0.1)
* 10% off tickets for Moddershall Oaks Exclusive Events in The Venue & 10% off beverages from The Venue bar

* 4 Guest Passes (to be used over the 12 months)

* Half price introductory offer to the Hair Salon

As a member you must remember only one discount or offer can be used at any one time, for example if you wish to take advantage of a special one-off discount that may be higher than your usual membership discount, you cannot use your usual membership discount at the same time as well. Discounts don’t apply to special promotions that vary from our usual offering e.g. Valentine’s Restaurant Menu, Christmas Day Restaurant Menu etc.

Terms & Conditions

All fees are collected via Direct Debit on the 1st each month (unless paid annually in advance)
Where date of joining is after the 10th of a month, that month together with the following month will be collected at time of joining
Membership is subject to a 12 month contract at Moddershall Oaks
Moddershall Oaks operates an adult friendly policy, therefore applications to join are invited from those aged 16+
Management reserves the right to refuse membership without giving a reason for doing so
All members must abide by the Club rules as printed on the reverse of the membership application form & are also available on request
All membership fees are subject to review and change
