We’re looking for an ambitious and committed chef de partie, ideally with a few years’ experience of working in a busy fine dining kitchen. This is a demanding working environment with banqueting, and as well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail, you’ll need to keep a cool head when things get busy.
You will be an important member of the team, and will share responsibility for setting the bar high in terms of the quality and consistency of food, effective kitchen controls, and excellent standards of health and hygiene.

We are looking for someone to keep the kitchen hygiene standards very high indeed. Must be willing to work across a 7-day/evening roster and have their own transport.
You will assist in the general movement and storage of goods and tidiness in the kitchen and be responsible for pot washing and cutlery polishing.
This is a full-time role and £6.25 per hour is on offer to the right person.
