Having recently won the Taste of Staffordshire Award for "Best Restaurant in Staffordshire". Moddershall Oaks restaurant is looking for full time waiter/waitress or restaurant supervisor with experience. Customer service experience is essential as the role requires interaction with both spa guests and the general public. Employees are required to be flexible due to a variety of shift patterns, shifts will be assigned on a fixed rota basis, working a minimum of 45 hours per week. Wine Waiter/Bartender:

Job specification:-

• You must possess excellent customer service skills and have previous experience in this area
You will be required to work as part of a team in our award winning restaurant or our brand new events venue opening December 2010
• You will have the opportunity to further knowledge in this area e.g. take wine exams
• You will be expected to assist with designing drinks menus including wine lists/cocktail menus

• You must be able to select wines and beverages, pairing them to the food menu & making sure other waiting staff understand the wine list & can recommend to guests
• You must be able to advise customers on the best choice of wine for their meal
• You must ensure all drinks are served at the correct temperature and in the correct manner
• You will be involved in ordering, controlling and rotating stock
• You will be expected to liaise with sales reps and to deal with deliveries
• You will be managing the bar area including preparing customers' bills and assisting with other front of house tasks e.g. software system, tills, cleaning etc.

This is a senior position where strong leadership skills, the ability to lead from example and motivate a team of therapists are key attributes to the role.
