Staffordshire organicThis organic cheddar has a good mature flavour and is made with unpasteurised milk

Lightwood chaser (Worcestershire) – soft cheese with an elegant white rind. It is made with unpasteurised cows’ milk and vegetarian rennet.

Derbyshire Blue Stiltonsemi-soft, crumbly, creamier with increasing age.  Made with pasteurised milk.

Our restaurant is open to both public and spa guests 7 days a week.  During evening service, we ask guests to adopt a smart casual dress code. We are an adult friendly property; therefore, we have a minimum age policy of 11 years old.  If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please alert your waiter before placing your order.     We apply a 10% service charge for large reservations of 8 guests and above.
