Sous Chef up to £28k depending upon experience
A unique opportunity to take on a leadership role as part of the kitchen team for our new Oak House Restaurant and also our wedding and events venue.
You will have extensive experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen and be comfortable and capable of overseeing the efficient running of the kitchen and all food production in the Head Chef’s absence.
You will lead by example in achieving consistently excellent standards of safety, hygiene and food quality and work in partnership with the Head Chef to develop new and exciting menus.
You will be passionate about training and developing team members and familiar with coaching those on apprenticeship programmes.
You will be ambitious and driven to further develop your career at Moddershall Oaks.
Hours: 45 per week
Shifts: 5 per week, a variation of shift patterns
Salary: Up to £28k depending upon experience
