Spend this festive day in tranquil surroundings, with fine food & no washing up in sight!

Enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival, a sumptuous 5 course festive meal followed by tea & coffee.

Tables available from 12 midday – 3:40pm.

2017 MENU 

Curried sweet potato veloûte, toasted coconut cream

Game terrine, Parma ham crisp, tangerine gel

Compressed melons, figs, cucumber soup, feta, pine nuts

Confit duck croquettes, Asian salad, lime dressing, burnt spring onion dip

Cured smoked salmon, beetroot and juniper mayonnaise, pickled cucumber and radish, rye bread croûte

Roast Staffordshire turkey breast, duck fat roasties,

chestnut stuffing, chipolatas & roast gravy

Fillet of beef wellington, horseradish mashed potato, red wine jus

Herb crusted cod fillet, saffron potatoes, crab bisque, samphire, crispy clams

Celeriac, apple, chestnut, shallot pie, roasted roots, cheese sauce

All mains served with fresh seasonal vegetables

Black forest bomb: chocolate shell, black cherry bavarois, sour cherry gel, freeze dried cherries

Passion fruit meringue pie, crème anglaise, raspberry coulis, grand Marnier syrup

To book we require a non-refundable deposit of £25pp (deposit is not necessary for infants). The remaining balance & pre-order is due before Friday 25th November 2017.
