We’re creeping up to Christmas now, so what better way than to get in the spirit than to launch our new Festive Fayre Menu!

Enjoy our beautifully dressed restaurant overlooking the lake in this crisp Winter weather for the perfect festive lunch or dinner with friends & family.

Festive Fayre Menu – Restaurant Christmas 2018

£23.95 for 2 courses  | £29.95 for 3 courses

Soup of the day with crusty bread roll & signature flavoured butter
Nduja pork and chicken terrine. Cured duck breast, pistachio, smoked pancetta, black pudding, spicy relish, port jelly & duck liver parfait
Beetroot & red onion tartlet (v) mature cheddar, Béchamel sauce, watercress pesto, beetroot gel & parmesan chards
Citrus cured salmon & horseradish crème fraiche, beetroot salsa & garlic croute

Staffordshire turkey breast with roast potatoes, nutty stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata , glazed carrots, Yorkshire pudding & turkey jus
Glazed Lamb crepinette and glazed shallots, wild mushroom & chicken dumplings, truffle dauphinoise potatoes & red wine jus
Potato Gnocchi: Roasted butternut squash wild mushrooms, roasted red peppers, kalamata crumbs & watercress pesto
Smoked Haddock & Salmon fishcake with edamame beans soft poached egg, garlic & chives Beurre blanc

Festive Fayre menu must be pre-booked
Crackers, mini mince pie & coffee/tea inclusive in the price
No mix & matching per table (all must be on same menu)
Bookings of 8 or more require pre-order 72 hours prior to booking
non-refundable deposit of £5 per person to secure booking
£4.00 supplement for to substitute cheese board for dessert
