Set in 72 acres of peaceful, private woodland and parkland, Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat provides a stunning backdrop to 3 days of mindfulness.
Your accommodation is a 5 star suite with access to our spa facilities throughout your stay including indoor & outdoor spa pools, kelo sauna & relaxation lounge with log fire.
Day 1: includes restorative post-travel yoga, discussions about your own personal wellness goals, your choice of spa therapy and plenty of relaxation time in our spa retreat.
Day 2: activities include breathing techniques & mindfulness at sunrise, energising Vinyasa Yoga, craft workshops, meditation, guest speakers and discussions.
Day 3: involves morning meditation, spa relaxation, chakra & energy discussions and an outdoor woodland closing ceremony.
Throughout your retreat we will provide nutritional, mindful foods for breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks from our MADE healthy Cafe.
In the evening you will dine in our Lakeside resturant with breath taking views and outstanding local produce.

OUR RETREAT INSTRUCTOR TALITHA
With a love for the ocean and the mountains she leads an active lifestyle spending as much time in the sea and the mountains as possible… but her real passion is yoga, from Ashtanga to Yin, Talitha is happiest on her mat. After achieving her RYT 200hrs last year and spending a further month in India this year to deepen her practice and increase her training by another 200hrs, Talitha decided to come ashore and share her passion of teaching yoga. Specialising in Power, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha as well as Pranayama and Meditation, you won’t find her far from her mat!
OUR RETREAT INSTRUCTOR JAYNE
Jayne wants to get her hands on your Chakras and the calm serene one! If life is stressful and you feel like ommmming, Jayne’s yoga and meditation classes are the places to be! She lives and breathes Yoga philosophy, is hugely passionate about the benefits of Yoga for reducing stress and increasing your overall wellbeing and can talk for hours about your Nadis! Previously dancer trained, enjoying 10 years travelling worldwide with her dancing career, she ended up in a ski town in Canada before choosing to leave with just her bike and a suitcase to follow her dream of becoming a Yoga Instructor. She is a Yoga Alliance Professional and when she isn’t teaching Yoga you will find her with her rucksack packed, on her way to an Indian Ashram or an Asian adventure.
T&Cs For our day retreat on the Friday 5th April a deposit of £80 per person needs to be paid. The full payment needs to be paid a fortnight before the day. Payments are non refundable. For our full retreat we will need a deposit of £150 per person to book, balance is due latest a fortnight before the start date. All payments are non refundable but can be transferred to another retreat with minimum 14 days notice.
