Welcome to The Restaurant at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat.
Our new menu has been created with quality at the forefront of everything we do. From the nest ingredients
to fresh pasta handmade in-house, to grass-fed cattle dry aged on-site to ensure the very best dining experience.

Soup of the day served with crusty rolls and our own home-made avoured butter or our own vegan spread.
Please ask your server about allergens as our soup changes daily.

Crispy duck salad, pickled Asian vegetables, oat crispy basket, teriyaki dressing. (G, SD, E, C)

Burnt pickled mackerel, purple potatoes salad, braised fennel, horseradish crème fraiche and Harissa relish. (F, SD, C, M)

Nduja pork and chicken terrine, cured duck breast, black pudding, pistachio, smoked pancetta, spicy relish, Port jelly and duck liver parfait.

Fresh Burrata, watercress pesto, heirloom tomatoes, Mediterranean olives, parmesan crisp and olives crumbs. (M, N, V)

Classic Caesar salad, gently blanched kale, anchovies, chargrilled corn-fed chicken, bacon lardoons. (M, F, E, G, SD)

Braised endives, charred gs, Roquefort crumbs, toasted fennel seeds, pomegranates, pears, hazelnuts and pear cider vinaigrette. (M, N, SD, V)

Classic Greek salad, barrel aged Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, toasted pitta bread, mustard and oregano vinaigrette. (M, MU, SD, V)


Corn fed chicken and wild mushrooms ballotine, true Dauphinoise potatoes, braised leeks, glazed carrots and true Madeira cream sauce. (M, E, C, SD)

Potato gnocchi, roasted butternut squash, wild mushrooms, roasted red peppers, Kalamata crumbs and watercress pesto. (N, C, SD, V, VEGAN)

Slow cooked ox cheek spring roll, true potato mash, creamy Savoy chionade and red wine jus. (G, SD, C, M)

Rice noodles Sukiyaki, oyster mushrooms, broccoli, edamame beans, grilled Pak choy and chargrilled smoked tofu with Teriyaki dressing.

Staordshire free range pork tenderloin, smoked pancetta, glazed carrots, parmentier polenta, savoy chionade and watercress pesto. (M, SD, C)

Home-made Cacio e pepe linguini pasta, Pecorino cheese and ground black pepper. (E, G, M, V)

Smoked haddock and salmon shcake, edamame beans, soft poached egg, garlic and chives beurre blanc. (F, E, G, M, SOY, C)

Wild mushrooms and roasted butternut squash orzo, toasted pine nuts, watercress pesto, parmesan chards and true oil. (V, M, G, E, N, SD, C)

All our grill steaks are from Scotland and England. Grass fed cattle dry aged for a
minimum of 45 days. All come with house made chips, roasted eld mushrooms,
mushrooms duxelle, roasted vine tomatoes and dressed seasonal leaves.

Chargrilled 10oz, dry aged Scotch prime ribeye steak (M, SD, E)
