The perfect evening for food & wine lovers!

Enjoy a sparkling drinks reception, 6 courses in our lakeside Venue taken from our a la carte menus with a glass of wine to complement each course. Arrive at 7pm, dinner is served at 7.30pm and carriages 11pm onwards. Dress code: Smart casual.

The price for this event is £65 per person and includes;

MENU

AMUSE BOUCHE
Gruyere cheese souffle, truffle cream sauce, porcini powder and parmesan shard.

APPETISER
Lightly cured and smoked wild sea trout with black garlic miso crust, purple potato mousseline, pickled ginger and salmon roe.

STARTER
Slow cooked Asian style beef short rib, potato croustillon, wasabi crème fraiche, red wine reduction and watercress oil.

PALATE CLEANSER

Lime posset with lime sorbet, citrus candy zest, aromatic vodka and green apple granita.

MAIN COURSE

Assiette of Staffordshire pork to include, glazed pork belly, braised shoulder and tenderloin medallion, served with celeriac puree, Jerusalem artichokes and glazed heritage carrots.

DESSERT

Vanilla and caramel poached pear, dark chocolate glaze, Zabaglione cream, pistachio brittle and salted caramel butter.

The evening begins at 7.00pm to sit down for 7.30pm. We expect this event to sell out quickly so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note: any tables that aren’t multiples of 10 will be shared tables.
