- Relaxation Lounge A peaceful relaxation lounge that’s perfect for resting next to the bio ethanol fireplace overlooking the outdoor pool. This warm and cosy space has plenty of comfy sofas and blankets to relax into.
- Poolside deli Our poolside spa deli is full of delicious treats and nibbles, refreshing drinks and dedicated Deli team ready to serve you.
- Kelo sauna The traditional kelo sauna constructed from kelo pine offers views over the countryside, and is located next to the vitality pool.
- Drench bucket Brave the drench! Perfectly placed beside the sauna, the drench bucket delivers an invigorating cold splash to enhance your hot/cold therapy and awaken your senses—whatever the weather.
- Heated spa pool Tucked away close to the boutique bedroom suites, the spa pool is available exclusively for private use (pre-booking required). A private timeslot is included as standard with all overnight spa break packages when staying in a boutique bedroom suite. This pool is also available for private use as part of our Double Bubbles upgrade.

- Steam room Sit back and embrace the warmth of the steam room, with high humidity steam infused with Eucalyptus milk.
- Hydrotherapy pool With 2 airbed loungers, heated tiled loungers, 2 water cannons and a volcano air pad, the Hydrotherapy pool is controlled at 37-38 degrees.
- Experience shower The experience shower releases mists of cold bursts of fragrance and tropical rain to massage and invigorate your skin.
- Reflexology footbaths The reflexology footbaths, with gentle bubbles in warm water, massage your tired / aching feet and stimulate reflex zones.
- Heated marble loungers The heated loungers are ergonomically designed and heated to provide warmth and comfort for tired muscles.
- The sleep lounge A tranquil space for calm and quiet. Switch off from the world in our no-devices-allowed room and feel the stresses of daily life leave your body. The most comfortable loungers and seating areas enable you to relax and unwind, complemented by closed shutters to keep it beautifully dark and quiet.
- Changing facilities and luxury toiletries Robes & towels are provided throughout your visit. Changing rooms include lockers, GHD hairdryers and complimentary use of Natural Spa Factory products within the showers.

- 10 luxury boutique suites Our 10 luxury boutique bedroom suites have comfy king-size beds, air conditioning, soft seating, en-suite bathrooms with Noble Isle products, 49″ Samsung smart TVs with phone mirroring features, tea & coffee facilities, mini-bar fridge, and a private deck area. Visit England have classified the boutique suites as 5* Guest Accommodation. Spa breaks in our boutique suites include a 30-minute private timeslot in the outdoor heated spa pool as standard. - 14 Woodland Pods – new for 2025! Nestled on the edge of the private woodland, the woodland pods offer a collection of 14 uniquely designed, luxurious pods. Each pod has been thoughtfully designed with modern amenities including comfy beds, black-out curtains, air conditioning, private bathrooms with BubbleSpa showers, luxury toiletries, hair dryers, flat screen TVs, mini-bar fridges and tea/coffee facilities. - The Sanctuary Our beautifully designed dual treatment room allows two guests to enjoy treatments at the same time, in the same tranquil space. The sanctuary provides the perfect blend of privacy, indulgent quality time and relaxation. - Mud Rasul Treatment Room Inspired by an ancient middle eastern ritual, this 45 minute self-applied treatment is designed for two to enjoy together. Apply nourishing muds to face and body in your own private room with heat and steam. Find out more here.

The Venue
- The Venue Designed with a contemporary feel, the Venue includes state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, Bose sound system, 65″ wall mounted plasma TVs, waterfall planting and ceiling lanterns. Refurbished in 2024, the Venue includes a private bar and welcoming lounge area, plus moveable walls that allow you to tailor the space to suit your event.
- Garden aisle & gazebo Tucked away on the edge of the woodland, the Astroturf grounds surrounding the garden aisle look beautiful all year round. The hand-built oak gazebo overlooks the lake, and provides a stunning backdrop for an outdoor ceremony.
